Diana Bandak, OD

Primary Eye Care

Dr. Diana Bandak provides expert eye care focusing on enhancing patient quality of life. Graduating Cum Laude with her Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry, she also holds a Biological Sciences degree from UC Irvine. With specialized training across Southern California clinics, Dr. Bandak excels in contact lens fittings and has interests in amblyopia, myopia control, and ocular disease. She speaks English and Arabic.

Vivian Chau, OD

Primary Eye Care

Dr. Vivian Chau is dedicated to delivering comprehensive eye care, inspired by her own experience of seeing clearly for the first time with contact lenses. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry and a Bachelor’s in Public Health Sciences from UC Irvine. Dr. Chau is equipped to meet diverse eye care needs with clinical training at the VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center, Cedars Sinai Vision Center, and VA Southern Arizona. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Vietnamese.

Sharon Dyer, OD

Primary Eye Care

Dr. Sharon Dyer provides comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and holds certification in ocular disease management. A Southern California native, she earned her Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine and her Doctor of Optometry from Western University College of Optometry. Dr. Dyer is skilled in fitting specialty contact lenses, including RGP, scleral, and hybrid lenses, especially for patients with keratoconus or corneal surgeries.

Diana Bandak, OD

Primary Eye Care

Dr. Sulki Han is a board-certified optometrist specializing in comprehensive eye exams, vision correction, and diagnostic testing for conditions such as dry eye, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. A UCLA and University of Houston College of Optometry graduate, she trained extensively in ocular disease and has volunteered her expertise at the Guerrero Clinic in Mexico, Arlington Special Olympics, and the Vietnamese Health Fair.

Elena Karapetian, OD

Primary Eye Care

Dr. Elena Karapetian brings extensive experience in primary eye care and ocular disease management, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Starting her career as a licensed optician, she earned her Doctorate in Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. Dr. Karapetian further specialized through a residency at the VA Medical Center in West Los Angeles, where she gained expertise in managing complex eye conditions. She speaks English, Armenian, and medical Spanish.

Tina Khieu, OD

Primary Eye Care

Dr. Tina Khieu is a skilled optometrist with expertise in pediatric and primary eye care. After earning her Doctorate in Optometry from the New England College of Optometry, she completed an Ocular Disease and Primary Care residency at VA Boston Healthcare System. She has extensive experience managing conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy and cares for patients of all ages. Dr. Khieu speaks English and Vietnamese.

Jeffrey Scott, OD

Primary Eye Care

Dr. Jeffrey Scott is an experienced optometrist who focuses on full-scope medical optometry, including the management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. A graduate of Loyola University Chicago and the Arizona College of Optometry at Midwestern University, Dr. Scott practiced in Chicagoland for five years before relocating to Orange County.

Anh Tonnu, OD

Primary Eye Care

Dr. Anh Tonnu has provided expert optometric care to the San Diego community for over twenty years. A graduate of UC San Diego and the Southern California College of Optometry, she has experience in private and commercial practice and has led clinical trials for a contact lens company. Dr. Tonnu speaks English and Vietnamese.
