Is My Acuity Care Insurance?
No. It’s a discount program that lowers your out-of-pocket costs for eye exams, glasses, and contacts at all Acuity Eye Group and Optical locations.
Can I use this with my existing vision insurance?
My Acuity Care is for those individuals or organizations that do not have a vision insurance so this cannot be used with any existing vision insurance.
What’s included in the $25 exam?
The $25 Comprehensive Eye Exam includes a full evaluation of your eye health and vision. This covers testing for visual acuity, prescription needs, and screening for common eye conditions.
How do the glasses discounts work?
Members receive 30% off glasses (excluding complete pair value packages) and 40% off a second pair. The discount applies to frames and lenses, making it easy to save on multiple pairs.
What about contacts?
You’ll enjoy a 15% discount on contact lenses, plus a $30 fitting fee for soft contacts. Specialty contact lens fits are also discounted at 10%.
Do the discounts expire?
Each year your benefits renew so you get all discounts, once per calendar year.
